As we have studied Neptune and his moons, we have payed close attention to Triton. Its volcanos erupt with liquid nitrogen. We have used liquid nitrogen in our lab part of the session to determine how cold is cold freezing organic and non organic materials. The students observed what happened to the cells and atoms. we ended the session with making liquid nitrogen strawberry ice cream- yummy!
