Programming workshop at Cogitania
The IT workshop will be held in Cogitania, 1402 Beacon str. It will be a one week long 6/13-17 from 9:30-11:30/noon workshop. The instructor, Caleb Joseph is an accomplished programming and robotics leader at the BU Academy high school. The cost is $300 per person for all 5 days.
It will cover the basics of object-oriented programming in java as well as some basic CS concepts such as data storage and data types. No prior programming knowledge is necessary to attend.
Below is a list of things that students would have to bring to the workshop.
- A laptop
- Eclipse must be properly downloaded to the laptop
