Chemistry is messy and so much fun! Scholarly approach to an Oobleck - also fun!

During October 3rd’s session, Cogitanians were introduced to the chemistry concept: viscosity. We discussed what viscosity measured, how temperature, pressure, and force affected viscosity, and demonstrated changes in viscosity by making a non-Newtonian fluid. We discussed their observations of the non–Newtonian fluid and postulated reasons for its behavior and characteristics.
