Understanding the Body

Dear Parents,

Your kids have been asked today to perform an activity equal to a real life orthopedic surgeon. They have dissected a chicken wing and while accomplishing it, they had a lot of “eureka” moments! Why was the skin so hard to pull off? Where do I cut the muscle to expose the bone? All the while, they have been learning about HOW and WHAT they are they made of!
